I actually dragged myself out of bed at 6:00 this morning despite not having anything else to do today until 5:30 PM. It is very nice outside today, sunny and 66 F when I started, 76 F when I got back. The run went well. No aches, tightness or anything. My pace was actually better than 10:37, but I had to wait at a couple stop lights for about 45 seconds, and that also lowered the average heart rate.
