3 miles, 30:38, 10:13 pace, 148 average heart rate.
10 miles this week, 56 miles total.
Today's run was after a day shift and then also a company softball game (we lost), but the temperature was down to 62 F, which was very nice. I've got my fingers crossed for 45 F and sunny at the start of the marathon, and then 60 F by the end.
I'm running out of things to say about these 3 mile runs. It was nice and easy again.
